How to use

STEP ONE: PREP

Clean & prep your lashes with a oil free cleanser to ensure your lashes are free from all dirt & oils. Wait for your lashes to be completely dry before you start the application.

STEP TWO: BOND

Apply your bond, less is more, dab a small amount of bond at the root of your lashes only - do not apply this like a mascara. You can also apply the bond directly to the spine of the QuickLash.

STEP THREE: LASH

Apply the lash cluster underneath your natural lashes, close to the water line but not touching it. Complete both eyes & wait a few minutes before setting. QuickLashes need to be placed 1-2mm away from the waterline. They are designed to be lightweight and you should not be able to feel them (at all!) – if you can feel them then your placement is not correct, before setting gently remove them and re position till comfortable.

FAQ'S

How do I remove QuickLashes?

Generously brush any makeup remover over the top and bottom of your DIY Lashes. Wait 20–30 seconds, then gently brush through or wipe with a cotton pad to remove. Repeat if needed.
After removal, bond residue may remain on your natural lashes — repeat the same process until your lashes are completely clean.
⚠️ Do not apply a new set without fully cleansing your lashes and eye area. Residue can prevent proper application.

Are the DIY Lashes reusable?

Yes! All DIY Lashes are reusable. Just be gentle when cleaning them to maintain their shape and quality.
✨ Our QuickLash Remover is also available on the website for safe removal and care.

My lashes feel sticky after applying. What’s wrong?

You may be using too much bond.
Next time, dab a small amount at the root only. Overapplication can cause tackiness.
If there’s still residue, apply SuperStay — it helps extend wear time and removes any stickiness (as long as it's not from overusing bond).

My lashes aren’t lasting as long as expected. What can I do?

There are a few common reasons. Here’s how to improve longevity:

  • Apply the right amount of bond — not too much, not too little. Try dabbing a bit at the base or along the lash spine.

  • Clamp them down — wait 5 minutes after application, then clamp lashes using your applicator. Do this again in your AM/PM routine or after showers.

  • Prep your lashes properly — clean with an oil-free cleanser and ensure they’re dry before applying.

  • Avoid oil-based products — they can break down the bond.

  • 💧 Don’t get lashes wet — if they do, let them air dry and clamp again.

  • 📏 Placement matters — apply lashes 1–2 mm above the waterline to avoid moisture weakening the bond.

  • 🤚 Hands off! — avoid touching your lashes throughout the day to prevent transferring oils and dirt.

  • Seal with SuperStay — this locks the bond and improves wear time.

Why don’t my reused QuickLashes stay on?

If you used remover, ensure all residue is fully cleaned off the lash band before reapplying. Any leftover remover will affect adhesion.

My lashes stick to the tweezer. What should I do?

Make sure your applicator is clean and bond-free.
Use an alcohol wipe to clean it — avoid using QuickLash remover on the applicator, as this can leave residue that interferes with your next application.
